FAQ:No sound processing method  for camera intercom

  Camera intercom, no sound from mobile phone

  1. Turn on the sound icon in the mobile APP and turn up the volume in the sound setting

  2. The phone system volume is turned on

  3. The network signal is not good and the voice transmission is delayed

  4. Excluding the above factors, the camera may be damaged by the wind

  5. Share your account to us for testing

  1. When resetting, do you hear the camera voice prompt (if there is no voice prompt, you can confirm that the camera speaker is damaged)

  2. The mobile APP needs to enable the "Allow access to Mark Wind" permission

  3. In the mobile app, press and hold the mark icon to talk

  4. The network signal is not good and the voice transmission is delayed
